Real Time of Party Needed for accurate routing.

We need the real start and end time of each party so we can better plan our delivery route. Our routing favors renters with shorter party times so we can make sure, if something unforseen were to happen, that the shorter party renters would not lose their whole party if something like a truck breakdown occured. We want every party to receive rented items in time for the party.
Backyard parties; We always try to deliver backyard parties the day before the party, but, again, the same policy is in effect. We recommend providing the real time so when we schdule delivery and take down a cudtomer does not need to be up and outside at 6:00 am which is the first delivery/setup time daily. If a party start/end time has been extended for some reason, renters are advised to please explain so we can better accomondate the party setup/take down as needed. Thanks
Events with our supervisors are paying per hour for supervision so it does not make sense to tell us an event is longer than it really is. We we adjust the setup and take down time based on event start time. If a customer adds more time and we add time for setup/take down, volunteers may need to arrive three or four hours before actual start time of the event and the customer may need to pay three or more extra hours than event time because we need to bring is staff longer than may have actually needed! Everyone has the same goal - and we all need to be on the same page about start and end times. Thanks
