A1: The price includes local delivery for most items although additional fees may apply for areas farther out depending on what items you are ordering. Remember prices do not include New Jersey sales tax. Let us know if you are tax exempt and have the form so we can remove the sales tax from your order.

A3 Yes, but that is if we are using stakes into the ground, if we need to bring alternate ballast such as sand bags, sand containers, water containers there is an additional fee depending on the unit rented. This additional fee is for the additional weight in the truck and the amount of space it takes as well as the additional work the staff have to do with these heavy weights. This includes rentals setup indoors and on turff or for any other reasons stakes can't be used.
A4: Our deliveries are the day before for most backyard rentals if you have provided the real start and end time of your backyard party. We need the REAL time of your party. When 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, is selected as the party time our policy is to deliver your rental items LAST on the day of your party. Please provide the real time of your party at the time of booking so we can fit you in for delivery. If you maintain this is your real party time then as a backyard party you will receive your rented items AFTER all public and semi public rentals are delivered, even if that mens you would receive your items late afternoon.
A5a: Public and semi public events are delivered day of event for rentals that need supervision. Delivery day starts at 6:00 AM. You will be either called or sent an email with a 3-4 hour window for delivery that the delivery crew may update as needed the day of your delivery. These times are ESTIMATES and may change. When you are the next to receive your delivery the crew will call you when they put your address into their GPS and tell you what the GPS estimates for arrival. You will not be put on the delivery schedule until volunteers required for your event have completed the online training program and provided us with the Test ID and Certification numbers.
A5b: Pickups of public events are taken down by the staff supervising. The truck will arrive 30 minutes after event time has finished. Pickups of semi-public events will be taken down by staff when in public spaces, or if on private property certified volunteers can supervise longer. Backyard parties are usually picked up the following day after deliveries for the next day are completed. The exception to this is if the items you rent are needed for a party the next day in which case your rented items would be picked up the evening of your party.
A6: Parks are more expensive and challenging. Most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks will require supervision for the inflatable and many require additional insured documents, which we can provide.
A7a: Pick up times vary. Semi-public and public events will be picked up immediately after supervision is finished. Private backyard parties will be picked up anytime after your party, or if it gets very late it will be picked up the next day. If the items at your party are rented by someone else for the next day then your items are a priority for pickup after your party at some point that night. In general we enjoy giving backyard parties the opportunity to have the units later and be picked up the following day, but that can not always happen.
.A7b: While in use, Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. 100' length extension cord is the longest permitted by NJ law.
A8: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change. All payments need to be marked on the invoice/contract you are signing or you may be charged twice for the same rental by mistake. If you want a receipt print your copy of the invoice/contract and have our driver indicate type of payment and sign that it was received on your copy.
A9: Once provided the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE for any reason. Please call as early as possible if you need to postpone or cancel your party/event to protect your deposit so it can be used for a future party/event. You must call and speak to a live person (not a recording) at least BEFORE 6:00 AM the morning of delivery for your party/event (or the night before delivery) to give us the 'heads up' about a potential postponement or cancellation or you forfeit your deposit. When you call we can discuss options for your party/event, you don't need to make the final decision at 6:00 AM, just let us know you are having issues. Once we have arrived to set up you will be charged in full even if you cancel when we arrive. We do not give refunds for any reason including weather.
A10a: Yes all orders require a Credit Card deposit to be valid and confirmed. They are non- refundable but may be applied toward future rental payments if you stay in compliance with our Rain and Cancel policy. Most orders will require a 50% deposit.
A10b Semi-private and public rentals canceled on the day of event will need to pay a staff cost/s before rescheduling the cancelled events which were cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. This is to cover the work the staff did in loading and unloading the truck as well as supervisors who came into work for your event. This money is taken from the deposit at the time of cancellation. This would mean the final balance to be paid will be higher than originally quoted. You would be sent an updated invoice prior to delivering the rescheduled event. All money needs to be paid in advance the day before delivery of your rented items.
A11: Private is in your backyard or house. You may supervise the inflatable yourself by taking the online training program at; www.RentalSafety.com or opt for our staff to supervise your inflatable.
Semi-Public is either a private rental held in a hall or park or a school, camp or company rental where ONLY the members of the school, camp, or company participate. This type of rental requires inflatables be supervised by a representative of our company who is presumably better trained. Your staff and family may assist our supervisor to keep costs down. You may opt to supervise games and food machines yourself. The law only applies to amusement rides or inflatables people go on or through.
Public Rentals would be churches, community events and open houses. These require trained, certified, experienced supervision by law and depending on the number of people you anticipate may need additional supervision. Volunteers may assist our staff to help defray the costs.
Basic Supervision costs are included in the Public inflatable ride rentals. Semi-public rentals may be able to have volunteeers complete the online training and supervise their rental items if they have worked with us in the past and the supervisor from previous events feel that the volunteers they use can handle the responsibility.
A12: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, macadam, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl the inflatable is made from. We can also set up in doors on wood or gym floors, mats and carpets..
A13: Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. There is an impediment fee or they may not be able to deliver if the delivery crew arrives to discover hills, steps and levels you want them to deliver over. Let us know in advance to solve delivery issues before they become problems.
A14: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units when used responsibily and follow the rules.
If any damage occurs please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or allowing larger or older indivduals to jump on inflatables,) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial our contract and complete the online training program so that you can be the trained operator.and aware of all safety and use rules including no flips and no Silly String type products used on or near rental equipment.
A15a: Yes. We have intelligent packages. First select your main larger item. The system will then let you know what package items are available with that item so you can select what you want, not what someone makes you take.
When you get some items other items like food machine addons get discounted.

A15b: Do you qualify for the Good Neighbor Award? If you do, then yes.
A15c: We also give discounts for repeat customers, and referrals
A15d: There are often secret specials on our social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and others.
While you are on our social media 'Like' us and say something nice about us so we know you stopped by! We appreciate customers who write good things about us, if feels so good!
A15e: Some rentals can reduce costs by using volunteers to assist our professional staff see the 'volunteer' page for more information.
A16; Yes we sell items that have been retired from our rental inventory. Prices are listed with the items, but we will consider any reasonable offer.

A17a; All backyard renters must complete the online training at www.RentalSafety.com using our company phone number 9082221111 when asked to avoid paying fees for training. If you do not enter this number correctly with no dots, dashes or spaces the program will expect you to pay for training. If you pay for training there are no refunds as you did not follow intstructions and that is our arrangement with the training company. IF the system asks you for money call us instead to avoid fees.
A17b; Schools, private Block Parties, and private Company parties are expected to have several volunteers complete the training as well as the person that placed the order.
A17c; Churches, semi private Block Parties, and open company events and public events are all expected to have the person booking the event complete the online training and pay for all supervision as needed by the rental items.
Non compliance with any supervision issues, such as volunteers 'walking away' from their assigned location at their assigned time may require the Volunteer Bond which covers the extra supervision burdan on the staff, and/or the staff may opt to turn off or close down rental items not supervised as indicated on the invoice for the safety of patrons or our equipment. .

You receive a copy of your invoice when you send yourself a quote,

When emailing us for any reason it is best if you reply to the email we have previously sent you which INCLUDEs the actual invoice as it has all the details we need on the invoice.
You receive a copy of our contract when you send yourself a quote,
You receive a copy when you book with us and receive your receipt, and every time we updated your invoice there is a link included.
You can receive a copy when we send you an estimate of your delivery time for your event.
You can sign and return the contract by email, fax, US Postal mail, or when we arrive prior to setup we need the contract initialed and signed.
