Say "GO!" Video 12
Here you see the riders sitting in our chairs 2x2 waiting in each row. As the supervisor lets the next pair of riders in each row moves forward. Look to the supervisor at the other end of the obstacle course. The supervisor at the end of the obstacle will give a 'thumbs up' or 'Stop' hand motion to let the first supervisor know when it is safe to let the next two riders 'Go!' to start their adventure. The chairs keeps the riders organized and their adults more calm! It also keeps the riders engaged in a positive manner and mood. No one is stressed and the ride moves forward in a continuous happy and friendly way.
Video 13 Second "GO!" video is VERY loud with happy riders cheering for their favorite racer!
"GO!" Air Castles And Slides supervisor organizes riders for obstacle course safety. Riders sit in kid size chairs two by two and when they hear "Go!" two riders enter the obstacle course for their turn. When the operator sees they came out the other end the operator will let the next two riders have a turn in the obstacle course. All riders go forward one set of chairs when the next two riders go into the obstacle course. The cones keep the area organized and new riders enter from the back of the line. Always two go in. Never let a rider in alone just like you would never let someone swim alone! Only two for safety! Excited, happy children sounds as they encourage their favorite racers! The whole system is very intuitive as riders approach the line.
Video 14 Our obstacle courses usually come with the World Of Sports junior which naturally attracts children 14 years and younger AND their families!. Here are volunteers running the games and they took the video tool It is better if you have 5 volunteers for this game, but you can safely do it with 3 volunteers depending on how many players there are. The first volunteer ALWAYS supervises the Air T-Ball (big red circle) where the ball floats on a cone of air. Players try to hit the floating ball into a target on the screen - first base, second base, third base or home run! Younger children enjoy trying to get the light weight balls to float on the cone of air! Only ONE child at a time is allowed in the red circle. This is a strict safety rule. For safety reasons we no longer supply the whiffle bat. There is also Basketball nets, Football goals, Soccer target zones, and there is bean bag darts and Frisbee disc targets. All games can be played at the same time!
When watching this video notice the volunteer supervisors did a great job of keeping the players engaged and safe. They welcomed boy players and girl players. Many players were enthusiastically playing. There was one group that did not get as much attention. Can you find who that was? Please be mindful of all the players and give everyone a fair time to play! Keep the players safe and make sure they don't run in and get hit with another player's ball. Adults and teens like playing this World of Sports jr too!
Video 15 'Feet First Down the Slide' should be stressed and reinforced along with "You are about to go 'Adventuring' with your survival buddy.
Look next to you - the rider on the other chair is your ADVENTURE BUDDY! It is your job to keep your buddy safe, and they will keep you safe. This is like when you go swimming - always have a swim buddy incase one of you need help. Remember when you go adventuring always have an Adventure Buddy to help you out if you get stuck, or you help them if they need help! Now lets shake hands with you buddy. Tell them your name when you shake hands! Remember Feet First Down the Slide!
Video 16. The Mini Combo Crayon or Under The Sea is great for the smallest and youngest riders at a party or event. Designed for children as young as three and a half up to age seven. Has perfect jump area, hill to climb and nice wide slide so they don't fall off the slide! Easy to supervise - follow safety rules for sorting riders by size (height, weight, ability). Here are a few riders enjoying the Crayon Mini Combo.
